Shipping...
We ship by FEDEX. Shipping charges vary by weight, box size and distance and are based on UPS rates. For large orders we will use LTL trucking if it is cost effective. In transit delivery times vary from 1 day for the Northeast to a maximum 5 days to the West Coast. If you would like a quote, you can call or include the question in the memo section of your order. |
Delivery Times...
Orders are shipped within 3 business days, if in stock. Please note many Fall and Xmas items will not be available until the Summer. We will notify you of items not in stock, or you may call or e-mail for availability.
You may indicate a start shipping date and cancellation date. The items will be reserved for you, and shipped as requested. Billing will occur when shipped.

Miniumum Order...
Minimum order $100.00. There are also minimum quantities for each item. Ordering 1 box per item meets that minimum. For reorders there is no dollar minimum. |

Return Policy...
No returns without our authorization. Defective goods and shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise that is not defective
